I have been working with Anna since 2019 as her method teacher; I am the youngest in the teacher’s team with full of energy and dynamic impulse.

Sports have always played an important role in my life. I was fascinated by the health-conscious and diverse approach towards movement pilates has to offer, as well as its beneficial effect on the whole body. That is why as a sports instructor I decided to learn the method of New Pilates by AD and to pass it on for everyone seeking exercise and physical refreshment. I truly believe that everybody can benefit from the joy of movement, so I look forward to seeing you at my classes!
Sport is my everyday coffeine, it helped me through in every kind of life situation. After I realised this special feeling, I wanted to learn more about my body. First I mastered as a personal fitness trainer and after it, I started to learn pilates. On my classes I want to teach you how to understand your body and of course to achieve your best form of your life.
